What Mindset Performance Lacrosse Is About.

MPL is for dedicated boys and girls, ages 10–22, with 1–3 years of lacrosse experience who are ready to take their game to the next level. We take a comprehensive approach to developing the complete athlete—starting with the right mindset: focused, driven, and goal-oriented.

From there, we blend elite lacrosse skill work with strength, speed, and agility training to build well-rounded players who perform with purpose. Whether you're aiming for more playing time, a better shot, or your first college offer, this program delivers the structure, coaching, and results to get you there.

Skill and Performance Training

My Skill and Performance Training options include 1-on-1 sessions, small group training, clinics, and camps. Athletes can choose between lacrosse skill work, strength and speed development, or combine both into what we call Complete Training. One-on-one sessions are fully personalized, while small group training (3–5 athletes) is ideal for intermediate to advanced players who thrive in a team-like environment.

I group athletes by age and skill level to ensure competitive, focused sessions. Clinics are skill-specific and designed to target areas like shooting, dodging, or footwork. Camps are typically held in the summer and bring everything together for a high-energy, full-day experience.

Seasonal Trainings.

Seasonal Training is built for lacrosse players who want structure, accountability, and real results. Each program follows a proven progression that matches the demands of the season—whether it’s offseason development, in-season maintenance, or building a strong foundation as a beginner. With 15 years of training experience and over 20 years in the game, I’ve designed these programs to take the guesswork out of development and give athletes a clear, trusted path forward. Every session is purposeful, every rep has a reason, and the system is designed to make players faster, stronger, smarter, and more confident on the field. If you’re serious about leveling up, this is where the journey begins.

TJ Holston.

Founder and Owner

I started playing lacrosse as a freshman in high school—easily one of the worst players on the JV team. But with a background in other sports and natural athleticism, I quickly fell in love with the game. I set a goal to start on varsity and earn a college scholarship, and through relentless work—individual sessions, agility training, and time with a personal trainer—I made it happen. I became a First Team All-County player my senior year and went on to be a 4x All-Conference D3 Attack/Midfielder, finishing with over 200 career points.

Now, with over 10 years of coaching and 10 years of playing experience, I’ve spent two decades in the game. I'm also a NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in athletic performance. I do this because I’m passionate about coaching, developing, and mentoring young athletes—helping them unlock their full potential both on and off the field.
