About Our Men's Offerings

Designed for men's lacrosse players at any stage—whether just learning the fundamentals or pushing toward the next level—our offerings cover a wide range of skills for athletes looking for flexible, high-impact sessions tailored to specific skills or one-on-one support. These trainings emphasize the core areas that elevate a player’s game: clean stickwork, accurate passing and shooting, dodging with confidence, ground ball technique, and a deeper understanding of offensive and defensive concepts. With a focus on purposeful reps and personalized feedback, players gain both the confidence and the ability to improve quickly.

Mindset Performance Lacrosse

Our Blue Chip Program for Men's and Boy's levels is an advanced pre-season development program designed for middle school and high school school players looking to elevate their physicality and offensive skill set. Athletes train 2x per week for 4x weeks, combining structured strength training in the weight room with high-intensity on-field dodging and shooting sessions.

Players can mix training sessions based on weekly needs and also receive access to seasonal dodging and shooting workouts. This program is ideal for competitive players preparing for club and school seasons who want a clear edge heading into spring.

This program is capped at 10 players each for Men's and Boy's levels.

Mindset Performance Lacrosse

Our Men's Dodging & Shooting Academy is designed for high school players ready to refine their offensive skill set. Athletes learn how to dodge effectively through different areas of the field, change speeds, create separation, and finish plays with confidence 1x per week for 4x weeks.

Training emphasizes repetition, footwork, and situational awareness in a small-group setting, allowing for detailed coaching and rapid improvement.

This program is capped at 8 players.

Mindset Performance Lacrosse

Our Boy's Future Stars Program is designed to develop youth players through structured skill work and competitive drills. Training emphasizes mechanics, footwork, dodging, shooting, and overall offensive and defensive development 1x per week for 5x weeks.

Athletes will participate in shooting and dodging reps, 1v1s, and ground ball drills, helping them build confidence and strong habits at an early stage of their lacrosse journey.

This program is capped at 6 players.

TJ Holston.

Founder and Owner

I started playing lacrosse as a freshman in high school—easily one of the worst players on the JV team. But with a background in other sports and natural athleticism, I quickly fell in love with the game. I set a goal to start on varsity and earn a college scholarship, and through relentless work—individual sessions, agility training, and time with a personal trainer—I made it happen. I became a First Team All-County player my senior year and went on to be a 4x All-Conference D3 Attack/Midfielder, finishing with over 200 career points.

Now, with over 10 years of coaching and 10 years of playing experience, I’ve spent two decades in the game. I'm also a NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in athletic performance. I do this because I’m passionate about coaching, developing, and mentoring young athletes—helping them unlock their full potential both on and off the field.
