Founder and Owner

I started playing lacrosse as a freshman in high school—easily one of the worst players on the JV team. But with a background in other sports and natural athleticism, I quickly fell in love with the game. I set a goal to start on varsity and earn a college scholarship, and through relentless work—individual sessions, agility training, and time with a personal trainer—I made it happen. I became a First Team All-County player my senior year and went on to be a 4x All-Conference D3 Attack/Midfielder, finishing with over 200 career points.

Now, with over 10 years of coaching and 10 years of playing experience, I’ve spent two decades in the game. I'm also a NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in athletic performance. I do this because I’m passionate about coaching, developing, and mentoring young athletes—helping them unlock their full potential both on and off the field.

Lacrosse requires more than just physical skill—it demands a high level of game IQ and mental awareness, especially on offense. To be effective, players must understand how to find space, recognize where slides are coming from, read goalie tendencies, and support teammates off-ball. Whether it’s knowing how to react during a dodge or how to run an efficient fast break as an attackman, these elements are essential to scoring more goals. Our training focuses on teaching the full offensive picture, helping players develop smarter instincts and a deeper understanding of the game.

About Our Skill and Performance Offerings

Designed for lacrosse players at any stage—whether just learning the fundamentals or pushing toward the next level—our Skill & Performance Training is best for athletes looking for flexible, high-impact sessions tailored to specific skills or one-on-one support. These trainings emphasize the core areas that elevate a player’s game: clean stickwork, accurate passing and shooting, dodging with confidence, ground ball technique, and a deeper understanding of offensive and defensive concepts. With a focus on purposeful reps and personalized feedback, players gain both the confidence and the ability to improve quickly.

Our Complete Lacrosse Performance Training program is built to develop the total athlete—combining strength, speed, agility, and skill work into one comprehensive system. The focus is on creating explosive, durable, and well-rounded players who can perform at their best in every phase of the game. Through a mix of position-specific training, advanced movement patterns, and targeted lacrosse skill integration, athletes build the physical tools and confidence needed to stand out. Whether your goal is to get faster, more powerful, or better conditioned for the demands of competition, this program provides the structure and intensity to unlock your full potential.

Shooting & Dodging are the backbone of creating offense—and mastering both makes you a constant threat on the field. In this training, you’ll learn how to shoot with power and accuracy from every angle—whether it’s a step-down rip, a shot on the run, or a quick finish near the crease—by focusing on a strong base, proper rotation, and consistent follow-through. At the same time, you’ll develop dodging skills that force defenses to react, from splits and rolls to hitches, question marks, and inside rolls. With an emphasis on footwork, body control, and reading the defense, you’ll stay a triple threat to pass, shoot, or create. High-rep, game-like drills will sharpen both your shooting mechanics and dodging moves, building confidence, consistency, and the ability to finish under pressure.

Our Private Training sessions are built for players who want individualized attention and a program tailored to their specific needs. With one-on-one coaching, every rep has a purpose—whether it’s refining shooting form, improving footwork, sharpening stick skills, or building lacrosse IQ. These sessions allow athletes to progress at their own pace while receiving direct feedback and corrections in real time. Designed for both boys and girls, Private Training ensures that every player leaves with more confidence, improved technique, and a clear plan for continued development.

Our Mentorship Program is the most comprehensive training path we offer, combining everything in Complete Training with ongoing support and film review to accelerate development. Athletes work directly with a coach who provides personalized guidance, goal setting, and accountability, ensuring steady progress both on and off the field. In addition to structured skill and performance training, players receive film breakdowns that sharpen lacrosse IQ—learning how to recognize patterns, anticipate plays, and make smarter decisions during games. Available for both boys and girls, the Mentorship Program is designed for athletes who are serious about their growth and want year-round coaching, feedback, and support to reach their full potential.

Each program follows a proven progression that matches the demands of the season—whether it’s offseason development, in-season maintenance, or building a strong foundation as a beginner. With 15 years of training experience and over 20 years in the game, I’ve designed these programs to take the guesswork out of development and give athletes a clear, trusted path forward. Every session is purposeful, every rep has a reason, and the system is designed to make players faster, stronger, smarter, and more confident on the field.
