Is This The Right Fit?

We keep classes small so every rep gets coached. Make sure it lines up.

Built For

  • A newer player in roughly their first three years of lacrosse
  • A player who wants the fundamentals coached right before club tryouts
  • Families who want one weeknight, not a full travel schedule

Not For

  • A high school player already competing at the club level (try Dodging & Shooting)
  • A player looking for weight room work (that's Strength & Conditioning)
  • A player who wants to train more than once a week

What Parents Say

★★★★★5.0· 24 Google Reviews

"My son runs to training every week. He's built muscle, speed, and endurance since starting with Coach TJ, and having a trainer who cares about the kids makes all the difference."

Aara Davis

"After only a few sessions, my daughter had a hat trick in a game, real results you can see on the field. He builds confidence and focuses on skills that translate directly into game performance."

Quick Questions

How does the membership work?
It's a month-to-month membership, billed monthly. You train on the set weekly schedule and can cancel anytime, no long-term commitment.
What should a player bring?
Stick, cleats, water, and a positive attitude. We supply balls, goals, and everything else. Indoor turf backup if weather turns.
What if a player misses a session?
Life happens. Make up any missed session in an equivalent group within the same month, space permitting.
How is this different from a clinic?
A clinic is 40 kids and a whistle. This is a small class and a coach who knows each player's name and what they're working on.
Can I talk to someone first?
Yes. DM us @mplacrosse on Instagram or text the number on our contact page. We answer fast.
